Our NEW Mentorship Program will promote Professional Development through Mentorship by Connecting Women from all sides of the Healthcare Industry
and Facilitates Partnerships that Grow & Support one another’s Professional Goals.
As a Mentee, you’ll have an opportunity to connect and learn from more senior members of WIH who can help you progress in your professional growth.
As a Mentor, you’ll have an opportunity to provide advice and feedback to someone who can benefit from your experience and knowledge of our industry. It’s also a chance to learn new things and improve your own leadership and management skills.
